Albert C. Santillan is 36 years old, a lawyer, a businessman and a civic leader. He has a degree in AB Economics from De La Salle University, Manila. Subsequently, he obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Ateneo de Manila University, College of Law. He was admitted to the Integrated Bar of the Philippines in 1998. He is the proprietor of OUR TILES MARKETING, a company engaged in the importation and distribution of building materials. He has been in the trading business for over 10 years.

He is a partner of the law office of SANTILLAN & MADURAMENTE. He is a general law practitioner and does mostly corporate and trade remedy laws.

He is a past president of the Rotary Club of Downtown Manila, a 28 year old civic club belonging to the Rotary International District 3810 which has for its jurisdiction the cities of Manila, Pasay, provinces of Cavite and Mindoro. During his term as club president, he undertook numerous community service projects in and outside Metro Manila. He has also occupied various official positions at the District level.

He is currently the president of Philippine Ceramic Products Importers Association. A trade organization representing the importers, retailers and wholesalers of ceramic building materials in the Philippines. He is a board director of IQWEST OURSOURCING TECHNOLOGIES, a medical transcription company based in Manila since 2005. He has appeared and has extensive experience in negotiating before various government departments and agencies as part of advocating the interests of the various organizations in which he represents.
