e-Scribir To Focus On High-Value BPO & KPO

Filipino BPO company e-Scribir Inc. (ESI) announced today that it is focusing on higher value BPO and KPO services. This point was stressed during the transfer ceremony of its Medical Transcription accounts to GlobalQuest BPO Specialists Inc.

Starting as a Medical Transcription firm in 2003, ESI diversified into other non-voice fields in 2004. Buoyed by results in these pioneer areas, ESI is moving into a new 1800 square meter facility in Makati, to accommodate its expansion requirements.

The new multi-service facility is a secure and self-sustaining IT environment where BPO niches can be cultivated and rolled out. Apart from these operations, ESI’s new home shall provide a venue for periodic lectures and knowledge exchanges between BPO practitioners, technology providers, and entrepreneurs.

e-Scribir currently services clients coming from North America, Europe and South East Asia.
